1. What do our disputes reflect to those who are outside the church? What can we do to get better at obeying Paul’s command in this verse?

2. Do any of the disputes we hear among Christians – especially disputes over non-essential things – justify those who break fellowship with their fellow Christians? Why, or why not?

3. In what ways does this passage change your perspective? How should you treat people who disagree with you on non-essential issues?
